Jessica joined Gryphon in 2021 as a Director of Organizational Development and focuses on organization development (OD) activities within Gryphon’s Human Capital Group. In her role, she works within portfolio companies to build exceptional leaders and teams through assessment, coaching, and team effectiveness and culture-building interventions.
Prior to Gryphon, Jessica’s experience included:- S&P Global – Developed and implemented leadership development, employee recognition, and coaching initiatives; also served as senior HR Business Partner to corporate functions.
- Bank of America – Developed and implemented selection and assessment tools and processes, coaching standards, practices, and cadre, and leadership assessment and development programs, as well as facilitated team interventions; also served as talent lead for geographical divisions within the Advisory business unit.
- TD Ameritrade – Led organization design and competency modeling initiatives.
- Verizon Communications – Designed and implemented selection assessments systems company wide.
