Jessica Osedach

Jessica joined Gryphon in 2021 and is a member of Gryphon’s Operations Resources Group and the Organization Development team, where she helps portfolio companies build exceptional leaders and teams through assessment, coaching and team effectiveness and culture–building interventions.
Prior to joining Gryphon, Jessica held multiple roles at S&P Global, where she developed and implemented leadership development, employee recognition and coaching initiatives. Previously, she was at Bank of America, where she developed and implemented selection and assessment tools and processes; coaching standards, practices and cadre; and leadership assessment and development programs. She also served at TD Ameritrade and Verizon Communication, where she designed and implemented selection assessments systems company wide.
