Jim Gallagher
Managing Director
Jim joined Gryphon in 2018 and is Head of the Business Development Group. In his role, Jim focuses on originating new platform investments, sourcing add-on acquisitions for existing portfolio companies and managing the firm’s intermediary relationships. He is primarily focused on the Business Services and Industrial Growth sectors.
Prior to joining Gryphon, Jim was an investment banker at Stifel, where he served as a Managing Director in the Financial Sponsors Group. Before that, he was a Director at Wells Fargo and a Vice President at J.P. Morgan. He started his career at Sandler O’Neill & Partners.
