Mark joined Gryphon in 2018 and is a member of Gryphon’s Industrial Growth Group. He is responsible for originating, executing and managing investments and is currently focused on new investments in Materials, Chemicals & Packaging, Industrial Technology, and Food Processing & Agribusiness. Current Gryphon portfolio company board appointments include AirXClimate Solutions, Pacur, and Techmer PM. Mark previously served on the board of Potter Global Technologies.
Prior to joining Gryphon, Mark was a Principal at Paine Schwartz Partners, where he completed investments globally in the sustainable food and agriculture value chain and was a Vice President at Moelis Capital Partners. He started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Lehman Brothers, Barclays Capital and Moelis & Company.
