Jim Gillette
CFO & Managing Director
Jim joined Gryphon in 2006 and is CFO and Managing Director of Gryphon. In his role, Jim oversees Gryphon’s finance, accounting and tax activities.
Prior to joining Gryphon, Jim was the CFO for private equity firm Leonard Green & Partners, where he was responsible for finance and accounting. Previously, he was the CFO of Wesco Companies, a real estate construction and management firm, Marvin Engineering, an aerospace and defense contractor, and an Audit Manager at Price Waterhouse.
