Sharon Goethals

Sharon joined Gryphon in 2021 and leads Gryphon’s Internal Human Capital team, where she manages the firm’s internal talent development and talent management strategies. In her role, Sharon oversees benefits, employee experience, performance management, training and leadership development. She also supports the talent acquisition and diversity, equity and inclusion efforts for the firm.
Prior to joining Gryphon, Sharon was a Vice President of Talent & People Operations at Technology Crossover Ventures, where she led all human capital management initiatives including talent acquisition, assessment, talent management, organizational transformation and culture. Sharon started her career as a Manager of Professional Development at McKinsey & Company, where she collaborated with the West Coast Partner Group for over 500 consultants and helped with the firm’s recruiting strategy at Stanford and University of California, Berkeley.
