Luke joined Gryphon in 2007 and is Co-Head of the Healthcare Group. He is also a Co-Director of Gryphon’s Flagship Heritage Management Committee for 2024. He is responsible for originating, analyzing, and executing investments and is currently focused on new platform investments across a range of healthcare verticals, including Outsourced Pharma Services, Behavioral Health, Healthcare IT, Multisite Healthcare Services, Outsourced Hospital Services, Payor Services and Specialty Pharma Distribution and Infusion. Current Gryphon portfolio company board appointments include AQUA Dermatology, Heartland Veterinary Partners, LEARN Behavioral, PRN, Smile Brands and Vision Innovation Partners. Luke supported Gryphon’s prior investments in Accelerated Rehabilitation, CORA Health Services, ECG Management Consultants, Ob Hospitalist Group, PHNS and TrustHouse Services.
Prior to joining Gryphon, Luke held positions at Thayer Capital Partners, a Washington, D.C.-based private equity firm now known as HCI Equity Partners, and at Lehman Brothers Merchant Banking Group, the private equity affiliate of Lehman Brothers, now known as Trilantic Capital Partners.
