Michelle Goldfarb
Chief Compliance Officer
Michelle joined Gryphon in 2026 as Chief Compliance Officer. She is a Director within Legal and Compliance and is responsible for overseeing the firm’s regulatory compliance program and supporting compliance and risk management initiatives.
Prior to joining Gryphon, Michelle was Vice President of Compliance at Jordan Park Group. Previously, she was Vice President of Compliance at J.P. Morgan Private Wealth Advisors (formerly First Republic Investment Management). She has also held various compliance roles across firms such as HighMark Capital Management, CounselWorks, and Charles Schwab. Earlier in her career, she was a Compliance Examiner at FINRA.
