Rob Stangelini
Director
Rob joined Gryphon in 2008 and is a member of Gryphon’s Operations Resources Group and the Diligence and Strategic Planning Group. He focuses on Gryphon’s due diligence processes for prospective platform transactions from initial diligence through post–closing initiatives, including portfolio company strategy and internal operations projects.
Prior to joining Gryphon, he worked in Corporate Development at Fender Musical Instruments Corporation, where he reported directly to the President/COO and was responsible for sourcing, evaluating and managing acquisition candidates and debt capital market activities. Previously, he was President & CEO at a family–owned retail specialty food business in the San Francisco Bay area.
