Tim Bradley

Tim joined Gryphon in 2004 and is currently a Partner in the Gryphon Heritage Group. He is responsible for originating, analyzing and executing investments and is currently focused on new platform investment in the Business Services, Industrial and Healthcare sectors. Current Gryphon portfolio company board appointments include RapidAir, Thermal Technology Distribution Solutions and Vivify Specialty Ingredients. He previously served on the boards of HEPACO, Heritage Distribution Holdings and Shermco Industries, in addition to supporting Gryphon’s investments in DLC, Jensen Hughes, Nursefinders, Orchid Underwriters, Staffing Now, SynteractHCR, Trinity Consultants, Update Legal and Wind River Environmental.
Prior to joining Gryphon, Tim was a member of the Special Opportunities group at Oaktree Capital Management, focused on private equity investments in distressed companies, and an Investment Banker at Credit Suisse First Boston.
