Dell joined Gryphon in 2007 and has led Gryphon’s Organizational Development, Human Resources, Talent Assessment and Due Diligence teams, focused on the optimization of human capital within Gryphon and its portfolio companies. Her work has been guided by Gryphon’s philosophy that development of talent is a key step in maximizing short and long-term operating and financial performance. Dell and the Human Capital Team use standardized frameworks for accelerating successful changes at any stage in the lifecycle of a company, building more effective teams to improve performance throughout the Gryphon portfolio and within Gryphon itself. She currently serves as a Director of Jensen Hughes and supports the work of the Gryphon Management Committee.

  • Larcen Consulting Group, Founder & CEO – Built this network of professionals and independently contracted human capital specialists that works with a wide range of companies in the financial sector, as well as with major blue chip companies such as General Electric and FedEx.
  • Overlook Center, Founder & CEO – Founded and led this 33-site behavioral health care company which eventually was acquired by a major integrated health care system.
  • Mental Health Risk Retention Group, Founding Member – Built this risk retention insurance company for behavioral health malpractice coverage.
  • The University of Tennessee, Adjunct Faculty Professor.
