Dorian Faust
Partner, Head of Capital Markets & Co-Head of Junior Capital Fund
Dorian joined Gryphon in 2007 and leads the Capital Markets Group where he oversees portfolio company capital markets strategies to optimize debt capitalizations and assists with the financing of add-on acquisitions. In this capacity, Dorian has worked with nearly all of Gryphon’s current and recent portfolio companies. He is also Co-Head of the Junior Capital Fund, where he manages the team and assists in sourcing, evaluating, structuring and exiting Gryphon Credit Fund investments.
Prior to joining Gryphon, Dorian was a Principal with Norwest Equity Partners. Previously, he was a Vice President with Thomas Weisel Capital Partners. He began his career with J.P. Morgan and J.P. Morgan Capital Partners.
