Wallace Aguilar

Wallace joined Gryphon in 2023 and is responsible for internal people matters, performance management, employee experience, training and development and internal recruiting strategy. In addition, she manages relationships with partner organizations to support Gryphon’s firmwide diversity, equity and inclusion efforts.
Prior to joining Gryphon, Wallace was a Human Capital Generalist at Hall Capital Partners and a member of the Administration Group at Verisight, Inc. She started her career as an Assistant to Human Resources at Waste Connections, Inc.
