Will joined Gryphon in 1996 and works closely with Gryphon’s Executive Advisory Board to maximize short and long-term operating and financial performance. He also assists Gryphon deal teams in identifying, evaluating, and executing investments. Current Gryphon portfolio company board appointments include Smile Brands.

- ConAgra, President, LaChoy/Rosarita foods division
- Clorox Company, Group Vice President – A 27-year veteran consumer brand leader with multi-disciplined experiences in manufacturing, marketing, distribution, product development, management information systems, acquisitions, start-ups, restructurings, and divestitures across the household products businesses, including Clorox Liquid and Dry Bleaches, Liquid Plumber, Softscrub Cleanser, Kingsford Charcoal, KC Masterpiece Barbeque Sauce, and Hidden Valley Ranch.
- Private Equity Consultant – Post-Clorox, Will worked independently evaluating numerous investments, including many in partnership with David Andrews at Oak Hill in 1994, and subsequently with Gryphon since 1996.
